  • good to pair with Aldi $1999 desktop ;)

    I sooooo want this, but I have a mortgage… :(

It gets very good reviews and the G-Sync is great with any of the NVidia 10x0 cards often on sale.

  • I was looking at this or the Acer Predator 27" IPS 144hz, would rather pay $60 for the thinner bezels. But both are good.

Exactly the same panel.. Both seem to have issues with Backlight Bleed

  • Oh wow, thanks for this.

I have been looking for ages for an 'affordable' 27" 1440p 144Hz TN… but I am yet to find one….

Maybe I should just stretch for this one! Hmmm

165Hz too…. Would be nice for CSGO

  • In the market for a G-Sync. Wanting a cheap 24" TN for now though, then I'll replace my ageing '07 Dell 30" with a 27" IPS from the next iteration.

Any chance my 24" itch could be scratched?

  • Thanks for this, I've been waiting for this monitor to drop below 1k.

  • I have a question for anyone who knows a bit about monitors (Haven't been able to find anything online)
Been in the market for a G-Sync QHD monitor for a while now.
I have a GTX 1070 Strix so should be able to play most games at 1440p
If I do drop down to 1080p to get higher frames, are there any scaling issues when you are running at a "non-native" resolution?

    • Yes. 1440p is a different pixel ratio (not aspect ratio) to 1080p. The image will look like ass haha…

You would be better served down scaling to 720p than 1080p if you bought a 1440p monitor
