  • Normally when I change providers, it's because they did something wrong. I was always happy with BetterLifeMobile, it's just that the data inclusions couldn't keep up with my usage :-(

    That said, if your monthly usage is under the allowance, I'd definately recommend.

  • How do they compare to other providers on the telstra network.. i.e. ALDIMOBILE and Boost…. by the looks of it, ALDI and Boost are still heaps better value..

Unlike other Telcos, we have a lot of additional benefits too (some listed below) which our customers love in addition to our very competitive price. For example, We allow fortnightly payments, centetelink payments and we only bill per calendar month ( so same day each month) unlike the others you've mentioned. Our cusomters also enjoy a support centre in Australia with 0 wait times due to our call back feature.   • I'm with Telechoice, a Telstra reseller. I have noticed I now get a TXT from Telstra saying

    'Hi. You are in one of our new 4G only areas. As this is a data only service you may not be able to make voice or emergency calls. .

    I assume Telechoice, as a reseller can't use that spectrum or something as I can't make voice calls and this has only recently started happening ? Would you guys be the same ?

    Not another Jeenee mobile……

    FYI your prices aren't really competitive in any way, I get 10GB/mo + unlim for $36/mo, billed calender monthly.

    Seems like just another Jeenee mobile expecting us to sign up because they're a "social enterprise"… This is OzBargain, not OzCharity.

      Hi dy thanks for your comments. We use a network that has far greater appeal to most people than the one you use and this attracts and has certain benefits for many people. We don't have a product that you can fairly compare with your plan apples for apples. No, we don't have our hand out for charity. We're a national provider with an outstanding product and one of a small handful using this particular network. We also have a host of features and benefits that put us well in front of others when compared to their features. Thanks for your interest and positivity though!:)

  • Hi Dyl, being a highly competitive mobile provider, we're acutely attuned to of the price structures and products on the market offered by all networks and re-sellers. So, we do know, you're not using our network. Also, sounds like you are either in a contract or on a post paid plan arrangement if you are being billed per calendar month, which is very different to our no contract, pay in advance option which doesn't require credit checks or incur the additional fees and charges that post paid plans incur..
