    thanks OP. got my son great shoes. he has problems with his feet so needs very supportive good quality shoes. would never afford it at full price.

    Anyone had their order go through? Mine is stuck as 'pending' on my paypal page (not sure why, I paid with CC not bank account), but they have actually removed the money from my CC; I checked today and I have a charge from them.

    I received a confirmation email initially, but nothing about packing or shipping, and the payment still says 'pending' in Paypal. Is that normal while they get the order ready, or should I contact them?

        Mine went through a few hours ago, and marked shipped. Not sure why they classed it at pending in Paypal (considering I was charged, it wasn't pending at all), it was v. weird.

    I have just received an email from New Balance that My Order is On It's Way. I paid for my order via PayPal on 11/11/2016 and the transaction has shown up in my bank account. However, there is another transaction on my PayPal account today! Which means I paid for the same purchase twice?! Has anyone experienced this?

      It's just the original hold of funds as NB don't charge until they ship. It'll go away in a few days (the original).

      When the recent deal before this one expired, couple of people managed to order shoes with both codes and they worked few days after the expiry date. Just try and see if they still work, you never know.

      Damn! Now you're making me nervous. Did you get the confirmation email from them when you first placed the order or not? I ordered mine in the last hour before the deal expired, I received the confirmation email, and it's still showing as pending. Fingers crossed.

        I got the confirmation email on Monday. The order went from pending to complete yesterday. Received an email this morning saying there was no stock available, money would be returned and I got given a new 50% off code.

          I see. That is not very bad then. Yeah, it sucks the shoes you wanted are out of stock, but if they're offering another 50% off code, they're good.

          PS: Did you check to see if the shoes are indeed out of stock? The ones I bought are still in stock on their site.

    Shoes is delivered 2 days ago, they sent the right size but they are still too small for me. Called the customer service, they will pay the return shipping fees and refund in full(may take few weeks). The lady Ordered new one for me for the same price (50%+free shipping). Everything done in 5 minutes called, Top customer services (just wait for refund and new shoes if they don't go wrong).

      I got mine the next day after i received a 'shipped order' email (shipped 16th/arrived 17th). Too small for me aswell. Ive had a similar experience here. The lady didnt have much joy in her voice but she was very helpful. Ive just ordered the next size up and sending the others back tomorrow.

    So today the money from my purchase went back into my account. The bank said it was cancelled by the retailer. I checked PayPal and the amount is still pending. My order was processed on the 15th and I received it 2 days later.

    Free shoes or will New Balance notice and charge me at a later date?
