@sagitox: Via Chat - They are "placing an order for it but free of charge since the Rise of the Tomb Raider should be in the bundle that you purchased". However it took about 15 minutes to convince them it was meant to be included.
Well quite quickly they just asked me if I wanted to get a code via Email, Website or Phone. No more mention of the Credit card. And all validated and getting it sent now, the physical copy :D
A bit annoying, but I'm glad I'm still getting what I paid for!
Can't believe both of us missed out. I wonder if everyone missed out and they're only giving it to those who email/call/chat with them and point out that they didn't receive the game. That was one of the selling points for me, because I would get that game with it! Of course I'm going to notice if it's not there ready to play! GRR. Wonder how many other people will contact them today or in the next few days about it.

I just finished. I did have to give my credit card details in the end over the phone, but it was to place the order. I got an email with the Tomb Raider game for Xbox One costing $99 but then I had a discount of $99, so for $0. I should get it Tuesday she said.

@therealiam: Wonder if we had the same person. She said in the chat window that she is going out of her way to do it for me. I just kept saying "Thank you so much", etc. If it helps me get my game that I was already entitled to, it's not too much skin off my nose.
But glad you got yours settled too in the end. Don't know how many others bought it on here, but no doubt if there were, they'll notice it too and get onto it ASAP.
I was just thinking. On my box (and probably yours) there is an orange sticker on it that says "Do not sell or display before October 2015". I think the X-Box box was already sealed in the brown box and they just printed a sticker that had where the package was to go to. So there was no way they would put the extra Tomb Raider game in, because it was already sealed and just ready to be shipped to whoever. I guess with a big company such as Microsoft they probably process a thousand online orders each day.
@bargainist: My receipt didn't have Rise of the Tomb Raider on it. As @sagitox said, with so many orders processed in a day, I'm not surprised that a random one-off Australian only 24-hour freebie gets missed. All worked out in the end for us so I'm glad.
Anyone know if Microsoft store will have Black Friday deals or was this this? And if they do are games reduced greatly as I find they are always overpriced.
And any games not yet out are these normally reduced or just games that are out?And in regards to pr ordering games from previous weeks the $10 store credit they give you can it be stacked or can you only use one for each order?
As even with just a $10 off physical game will still be overpriced but if stacked it be worth it.
