    They're going to be closing most of their international stores soon, including Thailand.

  I used to buy quite a lot from them but the last few years the quality has gone down, particularly men's underwear. Definitely using a cheaper fabric. Stretches after a few washes, even the cut wasn't the same shape.
  I switched to the Uniqlo stretch boxers and haven't looked back.

  Their Australian site is pretty poor - more expensive and with a far smaller range than the UK site. I was in the UK a couple of months ago and went into M&S. When I paid with my Australian card they asked if I knew of their Australian site and I told them I thought it wasn't worth using because of the above. Their response was "Oh, pretty much everyone seems to be saying that."
