I don't think TRS should be included as a bargain, unless you are traveling overseas and not intending to bring the good back to Australia.

A bargain should not have to rely on TRS. TRS is available for everything else. You'll also have to travel with 3 other people and make sure they aren't claiming TRS themselves.

  • Any good deals for the A6300? Or should I suck it up and get the A6000?

  • -2

How does this compare to the D3300?

    • +15

if you need to ask, you should prob not worry about gear at this stage.

  • This was $3400 when released November 2015
The next model which should have been announced is delayed due to earthquake

    • $3400 US? I've never seen it this low unless that was a preorder special?

      • Are you kidding I mean $3400 au

        • Ok cool so you purchased it for $3400 in Nov 15? I've looked through some pricing charts and had not seen it listed for $3400 rrp.

        • @wolfshooter:
Digidirect had it for $4000 down from the official rrp
They had 10% off their price bringing it to $3600
Also sony gave a $200 Visa eftpos card bringing it down to $3400

          Here is the proof.

Although you are correct about rrp
How nice it is a year later to see the same model only $100 cheaper and still it is the current model
In other words people could have owned this device for an entire year for only $100 more!

        • @wolfshooter: I just bought it for $3050 local stock.

        • @Orpheus: wow that's excellent. Where did you find it for that price? Care to share?

        • @Orpheus: anything??

        • @ShinyDiamond: Hi, where did you manage to get this price? I am looing most of the retailers and can't find anywhere

        • @Orpheus: sounds like a but of bulls**t…

        • @wolfshooter: You're right, I lied. I actually got it for $2800.

        • @Orpheus: great price! But being a lurker and not sharing is really not in the ozbargain spirit. Just boasting makes you an unpleasant character.

        • @Orpheus:
I don't understand why you would lie about how much you got it for especially if you do not want to tell anyone where you got it from

        • @wolfshooter: Got it from JB Hi-Fi for $3100 after discounts. $300 Sony cashback promotion brings it down to $2800.
