I've been offered water every time I've been in a Shofer? Haven't been offered water in an Uber for the last few trips.
No surge pricing is definitely a big plus.
Same as Porthos, Shofer offered me water and mentos even before I thought about it. From 'one' experience with UBER I was offered a refilled bottle water. I knew because there was no sealed cap like when you open a new bottle and quietly the UBER driver swapped it for me. This lady driver of mine insist she opens the door for me too. A bit embarrassed by the kind gesture.
