HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY OZBARGAIN

Long time lurker first/second time poster, I managed 10 units for this deal.

Prime Campers Australia softfloor off road camper

  • $8299 On-Road or;
  • $8499 on-road with 120W solar panel;

Regarding the camper itself, pros:

  • proper independent suspensions;
  • one person 2 mins setup tent system;
  • 10 years structural warranty including off-road uses;
  • all essentials are included. (full annex, kitchen, sink, water tank, pump, toolbox, spare etc.,)

cons: (some can be organised separately at additional charges, they do mods there)

  • no burners (too much smoke and fat for the canvas);
  • no hot water system;
  • no battery (only two cig sockets and Anderson plug to pump and sockets); $550 for 100ah battery and one of these 4 sockets & two anderson plug battery box with a voltage meter;
  • no air-con or whatsoever;

For the people wondered about structure of the trailer:

The trailer structural is engineering citified (Longitudinal Tension & Compression; Vertical Tension & Compression and Transverse Thrust tests) to be used as off-road trailer according to ADR (which means that the drawbar needs be be able to handle 3 times of ATM of the trailer, in this case is 4500kg in vertical);

Prime Campers Australia is located at 17 Langford St, Pooraka SA 5095, they can organise the shipping as well but it might be cheaper to use back-loading services (they use CEVA).

They are moving next year Feb to Wingfield, so it is additional discount on top of their relocation sale, you get a fire extinguisher as well. Fully refundable deposit.

All you need to do is to write down the magic words when you leave deposit, and they apply the deal to your order.

Anything else just give them a call or ask me if I am able to answer :)

    Well done on securing a whopping 2% off retail.

    A cynic would say this is just spam.

      Should have posted a deal like usb cable RRP $2 or $3 for $0.99, and get 50% or 66% off in title so people can say wow 50%!! and save $1 at the end, everyone is happy.

      I guess for the people in the market for a camper or caravan, % means nothing because no dealers will take % off, reason is simply - they are at higher value, just like any real estate agent won't negotiate at any % off.

      A camper trailer will cost around $13000-$25000 on average, priced from $5000 cheapies to $85,000 premium. For $200 to get a solar panel, I think it is good deal.

      Anyway, $200 means: a carton load of eneloop batteries and 2 usb cables for each room/car/computer/office plus 2x Logitech tracking ball mouse; or 3 tanks of fuel to take family out. I am happy to save $200 whenever I can.

      All the best.
