Same as the previous deal but got an email today that confirmed that Office 2016 is now available on Mac + PC for $15 each. Handy for those that have some Mac users in the house like myself. Previously there was some debate over which version of Mac Office was available.

Like previously, you go to the deal URL and provide your work email to check whether you are eligible. Even if you do not know your "Program Code," you can still proceed. Can confirm I was eligible from previous deal and checkout was a breeze.

EDIT: Just updated title as I realised Visio Pro and Project Pro are also available in the same link.

    don't forget to change your address and the URL to New Zealand and pay with 28degrees card to get it even cheaper.

    edit - seems they have upped it from $10 to $15… oh well, maybe try another country…. Nepal looks good at $9.

    Depending on where you work you might be able to get 2 copies of MS Office. I purchased one copy using my default email address and a 2nd copy using my employee number instead of my name and it worked

    My company is part of the HUP. This is what I know:

    • I didn't need a program number. I was sent a link that went direct to the page to buy the software.

    Previously, I've tried with my alumni email address…

    • A progran number was required. I could not go beyond that page.

      Our employees used to be required to enter a program code, but that was recently removed so just their email address is enough.

      As other have mentioned this requires a volume licensing agreement between the employer and MS.

      Last I checked about a year ago we were paying for 22k+ licenses of windows & office, so you'd need to be a decent size client before MS offers you the program.

      Yes, you can do this (if it doesn't work just ring Microsoft and they will fix it up). I currently have Office 2013 on HUP and it allows an install on 2 devices at a time, assume that this will be the same.

    I have to agree with everyone who has said 'this is not a deal' because the HUP is based off your company's license agreement (CAUDIT) with Microsoft. So if you were able to get the license purchase for $15, good on you. But that also means you could of asked your own IT department about the HUP and they should be able to advise you more information because the software licensing team would know all the details eg. how many times can you activate the license, what programs are you entitled to etc. This may/may not be available for students as well because most companies just pay for the staff accounts. However, if it's a big University for example then students may be eligible. Again, if students are eligible then they should have been notified the HUP (or another program, whatever they want to call it)is available to them. This is all using work email addresses because the domains are recognised by Microsoft when you try to register. Hence why some ask for the 'program code'.

      That's what your company has agreed to license via HUP with Microsoft. Perhaps you are using Office365 at work?

          So when you fire up Word it doesn't say connect to its server to see if your license key is still OK? (Office 365 does something like this, doesn't it?)

          @mathematicalcoffee: I suppose it does, but I don't think the license would ever be cancelled. Microsoft doesn't have anything to connect that license key to your employment contract…
          It's an outright purchase rather than a subscription like Office 365 is, so it also doesn't matter if you employer stops being a part of HUP at a later date.
          I bought a copy when my employer was part of the program. It is no longer a part of the program, so I can't buy more, but that hasn't stopped my ability to use the Office versions that I previously purchased.

          The key will not be deactivated.
          However I highly recommend you save the link to the installer at least, or even just the installer will be fine, in case they decide to change the server to host the installer file (it's literally a small 1MB file, when you finally install it will download 700mb - 1gb, not sure.)

    To the people who need help for MicrosoftHUP Office Pro Plus 2016 (Windows Or Mac) Not Visio/Project Pro
    I am no longer generating links, linked to my account, due to privacy concerns and accusations of me sharing the keys that my fellow OzBargain members have purchased (only one person has accused me).
    It doesn't help that the Microsoft team apparently said the key I sent them was used multiple times (It was an unused key! I activated it on my unused old computer just fine after the accusation in fear that this person used it up, and according to microsofthup FAQ you can only activate once for 2016 products.)
    This has caused extreme stress and frustration, wanting to help others which has turned into accusations and a paypal dispute.
    As a result, I will release the instructions of how to obtain your very own MicrosoftHUP purchase link provided you message me.
    Please MESSAGE me for the instructions, you will need to do it yourself now.
    The reason why I didn't make the instructions before is because I couldn't be bothered and it was a lot easier for me to just generate the links and forward.
