      Yep, as long as it's more than $75 and less than 3k.
      I bid and won something 2 days ago and held off payment/final checkout until this morning.
      Code worked without a problem.
      Just make sure the item you're going for isn't on the excluded items list (cars etc) and you should be sweet!

          They asked me to delay payment while they sorted shipping etc on Wednesday and only updated the full price on the eBay page last night.
