      This is all just part of a flash sale inspired by the holidays in the US. Its actually cheaper in retailers come tomorrow, ($52 @ Target & Big W) the deluxe edition just comes with a few skins, early dlc, etc.

        Well aware, but I'm off buying physical media now. Infinitely easier waiting for a digital sale, not to mention I get credit notably cheaper.

        Watch Dogs will actually cost me $44 :)

      These days I usually find it more useful to go to PSPrices than the official store site - at PSPrices you can list by date discounted, biggest discount, specific system, region, etc.

      The official PlayStation store is pretty clunky in some respects. Listing by price actually only lists by base price, and not the discounted price, which (to me) is utter nonsense.

    Please note that the US PSN store is offering far more substantial deals on a great many of these games (Telltale's Batman, Just Cause 3, and others), as well as an additional 1-time 10% coupon and PS+ discounts compounding on each other. If you have a secondary account there, it might be worth checking out the options before you buy.

    Though the Australian store appears to be the only one discounting XCOM 2, so it cuts both ways!

    Obviously if the game you're after contains DLC, buyer beware, etc.

    Skyrim PS4 was just released here in Japan, so I caved and bought the overpriced remastered version as I had stupidly forgot to pack my PS3 version.

    A week and a half later (and less than a month after release everywhere else) it's on sale digitally. Well isn't that just step on your neck great!
