Get free lifetime developer access to the Windows store, allowing you to publish and sell apps on the Windows store for free. You must have access to the Microsoft Imagine (formerly DreamSpark) program - you must be a student with a .edu email address.

• Sign in to Microsoft Imagine at https://imagine.microsoft.com
• Go to https://catalog.imagine.microsoft.com/en-us/Catalog/WindowsS…
• Redeem the registration code
• Go to https://dev.windows.com and sign in
• Go to the dashboard - it should bring up the registration form. Select the individual license ($21) and fill in the details.
• When it asks for a coupon code, enter the code from the Microsoft Imagine page - the cost should be waived.

      Try a different browser - I had the same issue in Firefox, but it worked fine in Edge !
