Spend $75 (Get total $20+$15 off) = 1 AMEX (47% off)
Spend $100 (Get total $30+$15 off) = 1 AMEX (45% off)
Spend $150 (Get total $50+$30 off) = 2 AMEX (53% off)
As usual excludes gift card purchases.

You forget spend $60 get $10+$15 off with 1 Amex = 42% off, so you don't need to find additional $15 if you only have $60 in your shopping basket.
or if you can only find item worth $50 then buy a gift card using Amex and then buy the product using gift card for $40 and have #10 left over for future use

Spent $101 in store (got $30 off) then used AMEX mobile pay ($10 off) combined with the AMEX body shop offer ($15 off) so I ended up spending $46 - 55% off in total!!
Wouldnt the mobile pay(apple pay/android) could as a third party payment prcoessor like paypal which means the $15 cashback offer is void?
Right after the transaction I got both emails confirming Mobile Pay $10 from AMEX and The Body Shop $15 from AMEX.

Ended up buying 4 apple gift sets @ $36 each plus ginger shampoo @$22 for $165.75 - $50 = $115.75, added $35 gift card and split paid across 3 AMEXs to bring the total amount down to $105.
If I use my gift card to pay for the purchase, will I still get the discount?
I believe so, the discount applies to what you purchase, not what you pay with.

Boxing day sales in the past are usually 30 -50% off christmas items .
Every year we wait for boxing day sales, but always disappointed when it comes to the big day and kick ourselves for not buying with deals prior to Christmas which seems to be equal most of the time and at times better than boxing day. Depends on different retailers I guess but we've learnt our lesson now and snatch up good deals when we see them anytime in December. Besides, the AMEX offer for Bodyshop ends a day before XMAS so no chance to get the $15 for $50 spend on AMEX on boxing day (unless they introduce another AMEX offer straight afterwards).
