      I went to buy tix to the cricket but gift voucher option wasn't there, instead there was a message which said to email them… I just bought with CC cos I didn't want to miss the seats. I emailed them but their customer service is r̶u̶b̶b̶i̶s̶h̶ ̶s̶o̶ ̶I̶'̶l̶l̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶ ̶e̶n̶d̶ ̶u̶p̶ ̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶v̶o̶u̶c̶h̶e̶r̶ ̶o̶n̶ ̶A̶u̶s̶ ̶o̶p̶e̶n̶ ̶t̶i̶c̶k̶e̶t̶s̶.̶

      Edit: They emailed me with a contact phone number and are refunding voucher amount into my CC. Good service once you get a ph number that works!

          OK from Ticketek:

          Please be advised that the option to redeem Ticketek gift vouchers is not currently available for this event We can confirm that this issue is currently being looked into and we hope to have this issue to resolve this in the near future.

          In the near future…so after the Open..

          Anyway, I called up their special needs phone line (1300665915) as their other lines are permanently busy and they refunded the full amount of the voucher to my credit card.
