10% Off Eligible Hotels booked with Agoda using your Amex, for stays until 31 March 2017.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible Card Members of American Express Cards issued in Australia. Card members must settle payment with their American Express Card in order to enjoy the promotion.

  2. Details of promotion as follows:
    Agoda will provide a 10% discount on the displayed price for an eligible hotel booking to a customer who visits www.agoda.com/amexau and places a hotel booking with an eligible American Express Card.
    Each eligible customer is entitled to a further 10% discount on the price payable for an eligible hotel booking made in accordance with the terms of the promotion.

  3. The Promotion is applicable to booking merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at following URL: www.agoda.com/amexau

  4. This Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the "Promotion Eligible" banner on the search results page.
  5. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
  6. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  7. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
  8. The qualifying and participating Card Members are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda and American Express Propriety Cards.
  9. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda shall be final.
  10. American Express Propriety Cards and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point.
  11. This promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between American Express and the Card Member (payment facility, etc.) which is at American Express sole discretion and for which American Express is solely responsible and liable.

      Discount applied at payment after you entered your Amex card number. The price your find is before discount. I just booked hotel few days ago and it is non-refundable… :( Lost $50 …

    Just booked using the 10% off.
    Very strange as i checked the price on my computer and hotel came up as $1238 but then went through my phone(not the App) and after paying with amex only cost $841. Not sure how it happened and double checked all dates etc.

    Agoda charge you in AUD but from an overseas location. My CBA amex card got charged a international transaction fee (3%) on top, but apparently Amex issued cards do not. I still came out on top, because of the promo but could have been better! Also I checked with CBA and if you cancel the transaction, the international fees aren't refunded so something to consider if you're playing the book now, cancel later when you find a better deal game.
