    Damnit, I'm late

  • The Fine Print
    New Woolworths Online customers only

    So since I've used Online before, I don't qualify? well that sucks!

    • Use new email or office address for delivery :)

      • My house got permanently ousted for this so be warned. They weren't reasonable about it.
        Woolies is a bit off IMO nowadays.

        • @ggrant: would you care elaborating more by being permanently ousted? So you cannot use any more online offers with them based on your address?

        • +1

          @blahoz:

          No worries. They cancelled every order I placed online for two months, including pick up from their shops. I tried sorting it out on phone, but they never rang me back when promised. Au Revoir Woolies.
          I shop at WaFresh and Coles now which don't seem to play so many mind games with their customers.

          @ggrant:

          Well to be honest they had every right to do that since you abused and broke their TOS….. How about you play it fair next time?

        • @masster:
          How about they play it straight themselves boy george? IE. Stop f'ing with people's minds, with their US style con-artist techniques.
          They continue to lose market share, and previously two of their businesses, and blind mullets can't see why people like myself have little or no respect for them. Never cheat elsewere!
          To be honest mueler.

        • @ggrant:

          What are you talking about??

          You purposely broke their ToS and they have every right to ban you from whatever service they offer from violators like you

        • @masster:
          "You purposely broke their ToS"
          How do you know that? Actual Facts?
          My stepson doing the ordering? Woolies staff assuming the same thing.
          OK but when I pressed for refund of eGiftcards for severl phonecalls, guess what they did. Just guess.
          Frigging assholes!

          @ggrant:

          So your stepson was ordering groceries online multiple times spending $150+ each time?? I found that hard to believe but whatever.

          They dont have to refund you the gift card at all, did you not read the T&C of the gift card?

        • @masster:
          Good on ya. Wishes for christmas.

      • Can you pick-up like I do every time without this deal?

      Does the fine print mean $30 minimum spend online, or $150? Or does the $150 min mean for free shipping?

  • add $20 for Cash Rewards

      opps CASHREWARDS not valid with groupon voucher

  • In stead of spending $150 online with the $30 Online value voucher, can we use it for $30 grocery shopping only via online and click and collect it from Woolworths branches?

    • Woolworths Online: $4 for $30 to Spend on Groceries + FREE Delivery, Nationwide (Min. Spend $150)

      • What about click and collect?

        • wont work as the min spend still need to be $150

        • @fomal: Never done this before and trying to figure out how these work. Can this voucher be used to buy $150 of Woolworths WISH gift cards?

  • lol I just tried to buy one and it turns out I have some G credits or whetver it's called so I got it for free! Considering I hadn't used Groupon in ages and had no idea about G-credits I'm pretty happy. Now I'll see if i could stack Amex/CR/Groupon for a total of $70 discount!! I hope they'll have some non-perishable specials soon.

    Isn't this "NEW ONLINE CUSTOMER" repetitive offer a bit rediculous?
    Anyone likely to grocery shop online will have done so already.
    Woolies came down self-rightiously on the phone for weeks before permanently refusing my house any future online service.
    Don't abuse it like I did, or it's Coles only.

    • or just pick it up mate.

      • Is it possible with this deal? I have always click&collected but the previous attempts have been all for existing customers.

  • How long does it take to have groupon vouncher?

    • it's (almost) instant. Just download it straight from your groupon purchases page.

  • Revoked vote because most people already have an account

  • Thanks OP. Also $20 cashback for new shoppers via Cashrewards so after groupon + cash rewards + amex I saved $72

    • Do you have an option for pick-up at check out (they already have my address:))?

      • I didn't see an option but I wasn't looking either…
