        nope generally just go back a page and if that doesnt work go back two. Most of my time was trying to start the check put process. Choosing the attachments wasnt so bad. then entering the code took about 5 tries.

      It's working for me, 1:20am WA time. Very slow but I got something in the cart and got the code to work. If only I had the machine :/ tried to talk husband into getting one so I could get loads of cheap attachments but he wasn't sold on the idea.

    Worked at 5am, although was super slow to get through… Got 6 items for $70 shipped, but also under the assumption they will be cancelled, hopefully not though.

    Took forever to check out, especially on the phone. PC was a lot better.

    Was interesting that the final checkout page said something along the lines of - the site may be experiencing slowdowns due to a high number of orders. Please wait up to a minute especially when adding in coupons or changing quantities, otherwise refresh the page, we are trying to fix up the issue on our end.

    So maybe it is legit?

      Most likely a price error.
      Code should be $10 off
      I think the IT team noticed the increased traffic and put the disclaimer there, but they don't know what sales were made or how much customers are paying.

    i found website is very slow, But when i used in secret mode or incognito mode in chrome its very fast and quick page load.

    It worked for me may not work for others.

    I managed to push an order through at 4am. I wanted the pasta attachments but couldn't get them in the cart so none for me. I managed to get the icecream set, a glass bowl and THREE grater attachments. I only want one but because of all the refreshing, 3 ended up in my cart and I could not, not matter how hard I tried, update the cart to show one. It just wasn't happening. In the end I thought screw it, and paid. I will try calling Monday to see if I can swap the excess two for something else.

    My order went through just now. Try incognito Chrome or safari or IE. It's slow. do not open too many pages. Add 3 and then checkout. Patience. Anyway i ordered 2 fruit presses by mistake. If anyone wants fruit presse let me know.

    Damm thing finally went through!

    Used Firefox when Chrome (incog and normal browsers) + mobile browsers failed.

    Had to pay a couple of full price items as its very difficult to remove them from cart, but oh well, its still a damm good buy if the transaction materialises!

    I've been trying since Fri night and I keep losing my cart items. I've got up at 4am for two days in a row and still can't get it to work for me.     If anyone accidentally orders more than they need of AT312 or AT641 (I even know the numbers off by heart…sad) I'll take the spares off your hands.

    I had both in my cart at one point, in the last 17 hours, but they sold out before I could get the blasted checkout working.

    Hmmm…just noticed I managed to buy 2 of the continuous grater (AT340).

    Me again, I just used Chrome Incognito and it went through fast (after trying since 4am the other way!). I added only 4 things to the cart. Any more than that I couldn't get to the check out. Once I reduced my cart, got through straight away. About to try my final order to get the rest of the pasta attachments. A few lots of $10 shipping is neither here nor there with these prices.

    After trying for a few days I finally managed to check out (well, sort of). Used Chrome incognito and a guest account like others suggested. Paid via PayPal and got an error page on return to Kenwood website. No confirmation email from Kenwood. Did everyone get one? :-(
