  This has probably been answered 100X times but I can't seem to find an answer. What's the easiest way to buy games from the us Xbox store? Is it via US Xbox credit. Will my Aus debit card/paypal not work?

    First check the AU xbox store games prices as there might not be much difference in price.

    Otherwise if I'm going to buy games on the US store I buy gift cards and add it to my account.

    Same here, I've been waiting for blood and wine to hit a good price because I bought hearts of stone for 7.50 on the microsoft store a while ago, and now am waiting for blood and wine since I don't wanna pay for the expansion pass.

  This sale is underwhelming for me.

  I was hoping to see a much larger range of titles on sale. Most of what's listed here can be bought for cheaper on sale at retail. I was hoping to see the DLC for backwards compatible titles reduced too (e.g. Oblivion, Mass Effect 2, BioShock Infinite etc). Shame. It looks like I'll be spending the money that I set aside for the sale on craft beer instead.

    Season pass content rarely goes on sale for many games, they'll always entice you with the cheap game only to be slugged double for the Dlc. Your only hope often is to hold out for a goty equivalent. Frustrating.

      Agreed, it is frustrating. It never pays to buy the first version of a game on day one these days. I typically only buy retail GotY versions of late but I still have some older Xbox 360 games in my backlog that I'd like some of the DLC for.

    Yep, Major Nelson said over 40 backwards compatible games and so far there are only 10 on sale, so one would assume we'll see more Xbox One items as well. There's still hope!

  Very upset on the sale, saw them appearing from around 8am,was hoping Assassins Creed collection, Darksiders and Stardew Valley were on sale, would have cleared my pins for games available now.

    Yea I'm looking at that too. If it is that good, ~$18 on the Australian store is probably not bad. Although I am wondering if there will be a post Christmas sale, or is this it?

    Yeah I enjoyed it. Its a bit of a walking simulator with an engaging story. Not sure if I'll pick it up again after completing it but I enjoyed it a lot. Great voice acting and the graphics were nice to look at too in their own way. Well worth a go if you're up for a different experience.

  Thanks OP. I cashed in a "one month for one dollar" thing and got back on Gold. Grabbed Walking Dead Michonne on the Aussie store for 5.69. Worked out to cost more if I'd have done it for 4.95 on the US one anyway on account of currency conversion, plus I don't know if the US prices include GST or not anyway.

  Either (profanity) way, I've held out a long ass time to get Michonne for a reasonable price, I've given up on it getting a physical PS4 release now anyway, best option is it comes packed in with Season 3 on disc.

  Thanks again, this will keep me busy tomorrow before we (profanity) off for Christmas. Thanks!
