Found an offer in the latest Scoot Magazine - mention "Scoot" when booking at Rydges Sydney Central Hotel to receive complimentary breakfast and an upgrade to their executive king room. The advertisement in the magazine did not have an expiry date, so I emailed them and they said this:

The offer is valid indefinitely, so please feel free to make a booking over the phone or via Rydges.com and let us know when you have made the booking and we can apply to complimentary Breakfast and Upgrade.
