Yes, from my research the differences are that the Marella is 0.1L larger.
The shape of Navelia I don't like. Or that picture of the lime on the cover which you can't remove.
Marella is a better jug. It's not only due to its larger size. Marella has an easy opening "window" in the lid for filling the jug up, whilst in order to fill up the other one you have to remove the whole lid every time. And it's not very simple. After some time the lid may become not water tight.
That opening is very handy. Because removing the lid and putting it back on is not as simple, and it's easy to not put it on properly and when you pour, it comes loose and spills out.
OP, I just bought this in Chatswood NSW and the price is the same.. maybe you can add it to the title? I just asked and they said the price is for nation wide

I bought this. With the 3 bonus filters, I found it to be cheaper than all the cheapest deals.
I actually bought it through eBay click and collect and I got the extra eBay cashrewards $$ back too.. so even cheaper :)

Where does it say that it's 3 + 1? It says jug on the box and then there are 3 bonus filters. Can't see any mention of a filter inside the jug box.
