No headphone jack, but yeah otherwise like most LeEco stuff, good build quality and crazy specs value.

Give me a headphone jack any day over a fingerprint scanner.
      No joy.

      • It's particularly frustrating since besides just a headphone jack, they previously had a stellar custom DAC in the Le 1 Pro (x800) and Le Max (x900) versus the default Snapdragon audio chip that most smartphones use. That all went out the window on the newer models.

just wish the value of their phones and tv could be a good indicator for the ff91 cars.

  • +3

    Oh no. No B28 support….. ;-P

    • +3

Yeah really want B28 please. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime Special Edition under A$200 please

      • -2

Yeah $200 on a b28 pos that doesn't work properly anyway

        • Really? what doesn't work on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro Prime Special Edition?

          @lovepeoplenotmoney:

My ones been a nightmare, from freezing to reboots and now its currently stuck in bootloop. Messaged seller on aliexpress which is the Xiaomi store. They sent me some links to fix the phone.

I've had the prime and se (Kate) both are rubbish and gave me problems

I unlocked it officially, tried to follow steps. Phone still bricked.

Seller keeps replying bs replies, aliexpress don't care.

Kouta phone for $200 that's back in the box waiting for the day I ran out of patience till I smash this Xiaomi phone for the second time.

I don't know who negged me, but your a big goose.

  • this doesnt have the hifi dac chip does it?

    • yes it does

    • No, just the default Snapdragon chip plus additional interference in needing to use an adapter via the USB port.

      • thanks mate. yea i know of this list, it pointed me to the pptv king 7. hopefully it's good :)

        • Wish there was more info on it though. Purely based on the lack of info about it, at that screen size range, I would probably consider the Le Max X900. No SD card but the 128GB should presumably be enough for most people. More expensive, but you do get a better CPU.

        • +1

@RedSky: there is actually a fair bit if you google bit harder (most pages I found are either in chinese or russian). There are numerous videos on youtube too. I thought about the X900 too but the lack of SD card was a showstopper especially the 128gb version is expensive!

  • Has the price gone up by 5$? Looks USD $197.99 to me

    • USD $206.99 now for me with roughly 6 Days and 6 hours left

  • Really cheap

  • rose pink only, has always been cheaper for this colour

  • Really wish the Chinese manufactures would include hardware backed key support, only real thing missing from them otherwise they are perfect for the price. I have the Le Le2 3GB model and the biggest letdown is no hardware backed encryption, more and more apps require this so it is a serious downside.

    • What are you missing out on without the hardware encryption?

      • Try running breadwallet to hold your bitcoins without it, also I missed out on a free krisky kream donut from 7 eleven because 7-11 require encryption to run their fuel app haha

  • Iv been using this phone for around 3 months

    My feedback

    1. no apps are preinstalled, nothing at all, not even gmail, so you have to download all from app store (which i like this)
    2. sometimes i get occasional popups from LeeCo but i managed to disable them
    3. Do not use the inbuilt file manager..it has ads and popups.

    great quality

had some issues with wireless displays, does not always work using chromecast

otherwise i am 9 out of 10 happy with this phone

deca core specs its amazingly fast

    • Thanks for the review

Does the standby sim slot revert to 2G?

      • +1

        Nope, 3g/4g.

    • How'd camera

      • 21MP

        its fantastic

better then the Oppo F1 i had and on par with galaxy s7.

        Enjoy.

    • Does it need a case or screen protector in your opinion?

Also do you know if it can run war robots hearthstone and vainglory?

For some reason some devices are excluded even though they meet the spec requirements.

  • Does anyone know if there is a Portable Amp that will connect like USB type C audio plug to a portable amp with USB in? get me

And subsequently the portable amp to have a 3.5mm out?

  • How does this brand go with stock android or updates for the OS? - asking for a friend who has only used iPhones

    • EUI 5.8.19s Indian is what you need to flash. Comes with all the Google apps. UI is similar to iOS.
