This link seems to be the same thing but $0.06 cheaper, if you wanted to change it to that.

  • can this use for xiaomi ip camera? it says for xiaomi camera -> Local-storage: Micro SD card up to 64GB
this is SDHC will be ok?

this is SDHC will be ok?

      It's MicroSD
SDHC means it goes up to 32GB
SDXC means its more than 32GB.
      Will be fine.

  • good to find this post. thanks

  • Thanks for this post

  • Been on the look out for a good micro SD card deal, thanks for this!

    Guess one more won't hurt

  • 64GB $24.96 here (PCByte eBay)

(Unsure if can link to direct item.. SanDisk ultra 64GB in drop down)

Edit: $22.89 here without code….?? fair few negative reviews warning they are counterfeit/faulty… Best case I'd assume they're factory rejects. Would just pay the extra $2-3 at PCByte to be safe.

Side note, put 80MB/s in title. There's an older, cheaper 48MB/s version by the exact same name.

  • Does anyone know if these come with an SD adapter?

    • Probably. Both my 32GB Sandisk ones have.

    Evo+ 13.60
    http://m.ebay.com.au/itm/Samsung-16G-32G-64GB-128GB-256GB-mi…

Feels like these cards were cheaper last year. Probably due to AUD

  • Would this be suitable for go pro hero 5 black?

    • Yup!

    • I was looking for cards for the hero5 as well - take a look at the official supported cards here: https://gopro.com/help/articles/Block/microSD-Card-Considera…

Seems like the Ultra is not supported, so I went with the Extreme range and also the 633x Lemar.

Having said that, it'll probably work at the lower bit rates but might have trouble at 4k

      • I would not recommend Sandisk memory cards specifically for GoPro's. Do some googling and you will find a lot of them are getting corrupted, throwing errors and losing data.

In my small circle of friends I have a handful with the exact same issue I encountered with sandisk mem. cards and corrupting data, I was lucky enough to recover some videos but others lost heaps of footage.

I would recommend Lexar for use with GoPros.

        • I use both Sandisk and Samsung cards in my two GoPros and haven't had a problem with either so far.

  • How come after 20% off is 15.96 not 12.71 ??

Hmmm weird I think they just increased the price a few minutes ago

  • Just went out of stock (32 GB). Thanks though!

  • Hopefully they restock later today…

Will this wrok for gopro 5 for shooting 4k?

    • i bought it but i think it might be kinda bad… write speed is apparently around 20mb/s. Probably works well for everything but 4k but I couldn't find any specs on the write speed of the gp5 for 4k

      • I couldn't find any specs on the write speed of the gp5 for 4k

It uses a bitrate of 45Mbps (5.625MB/s), or 60Mbps (7.5MB/s) if ProTune is turned on.

You don't need a fast card for 4K video on a GoPro. I haven't had problems recording 4K video with my GoPro on my Sandisk Ultra which only writes at 10MB/s.

  • 16gb version sold out as well. :(

just a heads up, they seem to be raising the price on some of these. I bought the samsung evo plus 64gb for $29.95 (before discount) and now its up to $34.95

      You're right

Micro SD Variation: Samsung 64GB Evo Plus

Micro SD Variation: Samsung 64GB Evo Plus

        Kogan?

        • pcbyte on a different page

    • same looking at the SD cards I bought at 10am yesterday from Shopping Square.
They jacked the price by $2, then another $2 after code went live.
seems my timing was perfect: http://offer.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBidsLogin&item…

  • Bugger I missed this :-(

    • The Samsung 32GB Evo+ from PC Byte is still available for $14.50. $2 more expensive, but Evo+ might have better read/write speed.

      • Got one thanks

  • For $13.89 you can get the Sandisk
    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/272334029447

  • The item is back on stock. But they have jacked up the prices it is not on special anymore =(
