    • My credit card issuer has charged back my acct. Make sure you provide all the supporting docs.

  • Same here, but used an empty card. Emailed them to dispute the debt. As a result, I cancelled, so only one free month for me (that I didn't use).

  • I discovered also charged $7.50 a month (instead of the $15 full discount). Tried tro dispute via Live Chat but advised will have to call as it's foxtel play. I'll try On Monday.

  • Just noticed the $15 charge from Foxtel. Seems pretty dodgy.

I got in touch with Foxtel on Facebook and they organised a refund. Don't call Manilla, just send them a Facebook message.

"Thanks for your account details, I have had a look at your account and I organised a refund of $15.00 back to your CC, please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account."

"Please accept our apologies for any frustration and inconvenience this may have caused."

  • +1

I too was hit by the $15 a month into the "3 month free" period, to top it off, the app has not been working on my tv, and even when it was the UXD was fubar and the resolution terrible. They can keep the $15, it will serve to keep me angry at them. But no way, no how, will I do Foxtel again, I had only just given them a chance after a 10 year grudge, but I can hold a grudge for much longer than that at a company.

  • Any one promised a refund actually received the refund yet? I called a week ago an no refund yet.

    • Received mine, I contacted and arranged it thru Facebook. Takes about 3-4 days

      • That's good. I had to call up again then they fixed it.
