It's back again :) T.M Lewin are having another 20% off sale and I have found another way to get the shirts for a great price. They fixed the glitch for a bit there but it is confirmed working again.

Use these steps to ensure the checkout works perfectly for you!

Make sure to clear browser cookies or do this in chrome incognito mode before starting to make it all work out.

  1. Go to the link provided and click to add a shirt for $44.95. Apply the "SVDJNW4D" code in cart and stop there. Open a new tab.
  2. Go to This Link in the new tab.
  3. Go back to the original tab that you used and refresh the page (shopping cart). It should now be updated to accomodate for the free shipping.

      I haven't even gotten my shirts from the last deal and it is long overdue.

      Not even sure if I'll get them or if they'll be cancelled as a price error like with many other people.

        I contacted them and it seems that they cancelled all the orders because they used stacked codes which is against their policy. They claimed to have emailed everyone but like others, i never received an email.

      Had the same on Dec 21 order. Contacted them overnight to be told my order was canceled. They had done the Paypal refund but no communication at all since placing order and no update to the status on their website. I'll stay with CT from now on.

      Yeah had the same happen to me, they told me to check my email as they had sent an email cancelling my order and were rude, when I explained they had sent no email then they said I had used a code clearly inappropriately so they cancelled my order. Great customer service.

          Mmm. That's odd. I went into CT to check my shirt size from previous orders to place an order with TML with this deal and the 3 for $99 with free shipping offer popped up - which I took advantage of and had my order confirmed - I then posted my comment here. But now I go back into CT website I can't see the offer anywhere.
          Unless their offer has finished in the last hour (unlikely) maybe it was a targeted offer based on cookies and my browsing history?
          Anyways, sorry for the bum steer.

    It was a nightmare when I return it @ the Sydney store but when I chat with their online team during UK hours on their site they fixed up the issue on the spot and it finally worked out for me with the last deal @ $28/Shirt.

      I was in the Sydney store yesterday to exchange a shirt bought online (non-iron for $32) and it was painless. Except for the fact that they will send me the replacement in the post, as they can't do it in the store, but they were pretty good otherwise.

      I ordered a shirt in the previous $25 deal (glitch) and got the "TM Lewin Despatch Confirmation" email on 23 December. Did you get this?

      Was hoping they wouldn't cancel the order but the postage wait has been a little longer than usual…

        Yeah I would bet they cancelled your order but never told you. Check to see if they took the money, if they haven't or refunded it, then you are out of luck.

          I checked, they never took the money to begin with. They emailed saying that they refunded everyone (i'm sure that was just a generic response to cover themselves, just in case)

    As someone who hasn't had experience with TM Lewin but considering a switch from CT shirts, I have a couple of questions:

    • Do they have non-iron shirts and how do they compare to the Charles Tyrwhitt ones? I'm happy with the quality of the CT fabric but some of them aren't really non-iron.

    • As many of you know, it's hard to get truly fitted shirt at a decent price but I've read on here that while the Lewin shirts have a better super fitted cut than CT, their availability is sketchy.

    In summary, is it possible to buy good quality non-iron super fitted / extra slim shirts from TM Lewin at around $40 and under?

      I have both TM and CT non iron. TM non iron is of better quality and I haven't ironed for a while wearing TM non iron shirts. However I would stay away from the white shirt as it shows the crease easily. Also if you normally wear TM Super Fitted you will find they only have non iron version for Regular Fit, Slim Fit and Fitted, not Super Fitted.

      I can't comment on the non-iron, but fit wise in my experience the TM Lewin shirts tend to be more fitted than the CT ones. You can compare the sizing:

        Sorry, how do I read this?

        On the TW site, a super fitted shirt with a 41cm collar has has a "To Fit Chest" of 107 and "Shirt Chest Size" of 109.

        On the CT site, an extra slim fit shirt with a 41cm collar also has a "To Fit Chest upto" of 106.7cm and "Shirt Chest Circumference" of 109.0cm so it's hard to tell the difference since CT doesn't seem to quote waist sizes.

          Err, Yes…! For one, it's not a glitch. It is a valid discount code provided by them and one that I received as well for my own personal use. For a business to turn around and negate their own promo code just because they see fit to do so is not ethical. Also, if they are to cancel Customer's orders, they could at very least notify them.

          I refuse to be played by businesses like these and if you are comfortable to conform to their practices, by all means proceed. I'm just stating the facts as to what they have done on their previous deals.

          If you simply received a discount code and used it, and your order was cancelled due to abuse by others, then that is fair enough.

    To be frank, this is (profanity) bullsh*t. I mean if you're going to run promotions and offer discounts (especially ones that will be predictably Ozbargained, since its happened multiple times), you should be willing or able to meet the orders. I've no issue with them NOT offering $25 shirts or $32 shirts or $45 shirts……….but you can't offer then reneg

    I've ordered once from Lewin before during another sale, and really happy with the shirt quality so I've been super keen to get some more. I don't think i'll be buying from them for a while however, or at least until I hear a single peep from them regarding my last order

    I notice TML are much slower compared to CT. They normally take 3 weeks vs 1 week from CT.
    No tracking, either.

      no they wont. it was my first order and their email claimed it was a simgle use code and i used it multiple times which is bullshit. customer service is non existant, i will never order from them or give them any positive word of mouth. they should have honoured it, guaranteed they would still be making profit.

    last time I paid 25 for postage, and they r 2 big, try to exchange, they said alrite exchange in store, I went to one of their store, staff said no we can onli do refund and postage will not be refunded, so I lost 25 instantly

    I got the other deal from October and got 2 shirts for $69.60 - they were both delivered.
    Took upwards of 3 weeks I think, but I got them and I really like them.

    So I've gone ahead with another 2 on this deal and I'll see what happens.

    With that glitch, I have been able to apply 20% off to shirts not part of the promotion.

    Add dummy shirts in the first window and apply the voucher.

    In the 2nd window, add the shirts which are not part of the promotion.

    Refresh the first windows as indicated by OP.

    Lol. Sounds like most orders got cancelled last time due to coupon code abuse… why are people trying to do it again?

    Anyway if people do want to try their luck, I can vouch for the quality of these shirts. Definitely worth the $30 or $40 or however much you end up paying.

      I did in Collins St Melbourne. They don't give you an immediate refund, rather they send it back to head office in UK and arrange a refund. Having said that I got the refund back to paypal couple of days later.
