It's back again :) T.M Lewin are having another 20% off sale and I have found another way to get the shirts for a great price. They fixed the glitch for a bit there but it is confirmed working again.

Use these steps to ensure the checkout works perfectly for you!

Make sure to clear browser cookies or do this in chrome incognito mode before starting to make it all work out.

  1. Go to the link provided and click to add a shirt for $44.95. Apply the "SVDJNW4D" code in cart and stop there. Open a new tab.
  2. Go to This Link in the new tab.
  3. Go back to the original tab that you used and refresh the page (shopping cart). It should now be updated to accomodate for the free shipping.
  4. You will now have any shirts for $32.

      Logged into paypal, under that order it says
      "Status: Cancelled
      The seller cancelled this payment, and the money has been returned to your account."

      They could have emailed and notified it was cancelled. Oh well

      Yes this post got me curious. Mine says shipped and no indication on paypal its been reversed. However still havent received anything and it seems longer than previous times I've ordered with them.

        They never send u an email until you email them, then they tell u how you misused their coupon and try to convince you they have already send a wave of emails to inform customers but too bad you didn't receive it.
        And then end of the email, they said "we hope you continue to enjoy our great sale prices".
        Never had and never will lol

          Lol I just emailed them and got that same generic email. Apparently I should get my refund in the next few days. Makes me wonder if they would have kept my money if I didn't email them and forgot about it

      Yes they should have better communication and yes they should fix their system, but it is clearly a glitch which allows it to happen, so I don't think people can really get too upset if they cancel the orders.

      Was this when it was $27 or something like that just before christmas? I haven't received my order, but haven't got any email to say its been cancelled.

    I am thinking of switching my allegiance to CT. My size in TM Lewin is "Fitted non iron, Collar Size:15.5 & Sleeve Length:33" Would I order the exact same size and fitted with CT? Maybe some of you have TM Lewin and CT shirts and know if the sizes are the same.

    Regarding the last $24 deal. I just had a live chat with them. This is what they said about that deal:
    "I'm afraid I've been informed that this order was cancelled due to the stacked promotional codes that were used online. We were sadly unable to honour these orders due to the system error being exploited by our customers. We reserve the right to remove a promotion at any time and we're within our rights to cancel any orders, if we feel an error has been taken advantage of.

    We're sorry for any inconvenience caused but I've been advised that we will not be able to honour the price. We've cancelled any claim to the funds, so the transaction would be released by PayPal, your bank or card provider. We were advised that an automated email was sent to any customers who placed orders during this time were sent an email to advise of the cancellation, so it's possible that has gone to your spam/junk folder if you've not received contact from us in regards to this"

      Fair enough for them not to honour items at such price.
      Scoring a bargain is great but there's always a fine line between bargain and exploiting the store.
      For all they know, if the price is honoured its just going to set a precedent and they don't know how many of the customers will even come back if the price is slightly higher.

    oh wow. I didnt even realise my last order was cancelled until i read the comments from this post and then checked my paypal. Im ok with businesses not honoring purchases made at erroneous prices as we dont want to ozbargain people out of business. Im a little annoyed they didnt bother to communicate with me at all about my order being cancelled. An email wouldnt have cost anything.

    Just two days ago I went to their Collins St branch and bought four shirts for $120. I'd recommend doing that instead (if you live in Melb) so that you could also try them out whilst you're there since there are different style fittings for all shirts.

      Worst customer service I've experienced at this store. Snooty, unhelpful and routinely ignoring customers. The colour/style selection was pretty average (compared to online) and the store happens to currently be in the middle of a building site which undermines the "top end of town" image that they're going for.

        In regards to their location I have to agree, it's very inconvenient and wasn't that easy to find for me. As for their customer service they really did seem unprofessional but luckily I already knew what I wanted before going in so I didn't have to rely on the staff for anything.

          would have much rathered an email from them explaining their decision and the option to pay $7 more each (or whatever). Rather than cancel everything without a notice. I'll be buying from CT again from now on.

    Ordered yesterday and it looks like paypal just makes an authorisation of payment if and when TM Lewin completes the order, does this mean money won't be taken out of my card until it is complete?

    Let's see how this goes but need some new shirts quick!

    I'm getting over CT and TM Lewin shirts now, they're just way too common now, almost everyone in the office has them. Given they always have sales, they seem to be the norm for people to buy them at the $50 mark now. I need to find myself better quality shirts at the $150 range

    It's clearly a glitch if you have to apply a code, open a new tab and dick around tricking the site.

    I don't think you can complain that they don't honour it.

    I got one of the $25 inc shipping shirts last time but I didn't try to get more than one (mainly because it was to test the size/fit or I would have tried).

    Got a dispatch but not sure I'd applied the coupon right or not. Ordered one shirt and three ties (those were $30 or $40 each) and that all came to $110 delivered. Was actually less than I was expecting to pay, and free shipping, so I'm happy.

    Also had by Christmas Day order arrive last week for two $32 shirts (free delivery).

    I haven't received an email but the money hasn't left my PayPal account. I guess this means that my order is canceled.

    If I order from CT should I order the same size as TM?
