$225 for Fitbit Blaze with extra wrist band.
Costco reps in store say after the manufacturer warranty they will give Lifetime warranty as long as you are a member. Don't know if they will change that in the future.

  Given how prone to breaking my Charge HR has been - I can't speak for the Blaze - this could be a pretty great deal.

    Went back to $289. Got mine from Officeworks for $213 after price match.
