I've read these guys are reliable and they look legit selling scales, body fat testers, tens machines, blood pressure. I believe you can also register for a 4 year warranty

The Omron HN-283 Digital Body Weight Scale uses 4 sensors for greater precision to accurately measure body weight. It’s large and easy to read LCD screen clearly displays body weight between 5kg and 150kg (in increments of 100g), so even a slight weight change can be detected. The Omron HN283 bathroom scale provides a sleek, easy to use and accurate way to check weight.

If I get to the point where I need to load balance on two sets of scales, I'd hope my family & friends would give me an intervention! ;)

    Perfect for valentines day

  • Another useful way to use both at the same time is to check your weight distribution.

I.e. if you lean most of your body weight on your left or right hand side.

  • What's the point of having 100g increments if the accuracy is +/- 500g?

    • Your real detected weight may be 75.3Kg and with that accuracy the reading could be interpreted as anywhere between 74.8Kg - 75.8Kg with 0.1 increments.

If the reading was in increments of 500g instead, then it would display 75.5Kg rounded up and with the specified accuracy you'd interpret 75.0Kg - 76.0Kg

In both cases the range is 1Kg but with a more granular increment display, is showing you a number within a range closer to the actual reading (not rounded up or down).

My old no-brand digital scale decided to go haywire recently so this is definitely good timing.
