Noob question… they seems to have a different amino acid profile - why should that be? Does a complete protein have all the amino acids in the same proportion such as egg white?
Different AA profile bc different blends.
Complete protein just means all AA (essential and non-essential). Egg while doesn't have all AA in the same proportions, so not sure what you mean lel.
