  Nice price ….. but a terrible airline! Flew with them to Argentina and Peru last year triggered by an ozBargain post (including this route), aircraft are incredibly old (thread bare seats), no entertainment except for a flickering 34cm TV 10 rows down!

  But for three hour flight, who cares about all that, as long as they stay in the air!

  They're still flying MD-88….

    Interestingly, the only MD-88 in their fleet was first flown in 1992, which is 4 years newer than one of Qantas's 767s (first flown 1988).

  You can almost guarantee that their flights are delayed by at least 4 hours. My flight to Buenos Aires was delayed by 6 hours. On the way back it was delayed by 16 hours, they did not provide any assistance with transport, accommodation or anything. Plus my luggage was already checked in and they wouldn't give it back so I had no access to clean clothes or toiletries. Throughout the whole ordeal all Aerolineas staff were extremely rude.

  I would recommend you avoid this airline.

  I flew this exact flight less than a year ago and it was one of the scariest flights I have ever been on! The plane (and they only have the one they use constantly back and forth on this route) is so old and rickety, you feel every vibration, things are falling apart, the recliner on the two seats next to me were completely broken - the person was literally lying back the entire flight and not able to sit upright even to eat! The service was pretty bad too - they completely forgot to serve a small group of us our dinner! They just skipped over us completely. And the landing was hard and loud… all I say is, they are cheap for a reason people!
