At time of purchase there were 7 in Auburn and 8 in Castlehill, but more can be ordered.
This is a run out model, which has a 60 month warranty.

This seems like a good price, especially because there's another 40 degree day coming up on Tuesday in sydney.

Yeah but, Convair… You get what you pay for.

  • Looking for a couple of small air-conditioners at the moment but I don't know whether I'd choose Convair.

The install price (which will be around the same price as the cost for this unit) will be the same for any brand of the same size. Buy a reputable brand.

      • that's the crux of the isssue. bestter to pay a couple hundred more for fujitsu.

        • or gree which is both cheaper than fujitsu and daikin but quality is the same

Unless you are dying in Brisbane etc right now, I'd hang off. Got my Fujitsu's for less than this after Ebay20% off and gift cards.

    7.1KW $991 https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/238622

  • Considering installation will be close to $700 for the unit, I'd rather pay a bit more for a Fujitsu or Mitsubishi…
