I noticed these while doing my online shop last night. I bought 5!
The banana bread one is best, but the chocolate is pretty great too! The banana bread one requires half a banana but it is well worth it.
You mix the powder, small amount of milk (and banana for banana bread) and then put in the microwave for about 1 minute.

Instant cake to nom on.

        There's a low carb mug cake that you can make yourself, if you wish to cut back on carb intake.

        1 Large Egg.
2 Tbsp. Salted Butter, melted for easy mixing
2 Tbsp. Almond Flour.
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
1 1/2 Tbsp. Erythritol or Splenda.
2 tsp. Coconut Flour.
1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract.
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder.

        for 393 calories, 38g fat, 5.3g carbs, 12g protein

    The kids will love them, they love baking with me, but I always end up doing most of the practical stuff…these could be a lot more simple hands-on fun for them! :)
