Log in to My Account
In the Plans & usage tab, select your Mobile service
Click the Add-ons tab
Add Apple Music
Enjoy!
It's unmetered for business too; you just don't get the 'free' 6/12 month subscription.

Apple Music offers from Telstra are not available on Business or Enterprise mobile services.
I tried doing that but it kept telling me I'd be charged $11.99 a month. By monthly bill is $125 or thereabouts.

Is it for Freedom Plus customers?
Received an email from telstra and it seems to indicate that it's for Prepay Plus customers.
"Enjoy data-free music streaming of Apple Music when you recharge on Pre-Paid Plus. Excludes video streaming and non music content. FairPlay policy applies. For use in Australia."
Can anyone confirm if it's all prepaid customers?
Not sure sorry, I'm on Telstra Pre Paid Plus and it's definitely unmetered.
I'm pretty sure it's not available on Freedom Plus. They're trying to get people off FP by taking away perks like bonus days and offering perks on Prepaid Plus instead. The more attractive PP looks, the more people give up their Google Play credits!

Can you get Apple Music for Android somehow?
Yeah, it's been on the play store for quite a while now. Not a very good app though, play music or spotify is much better

Its buggy as hell on iPhone so I can't imagine it being any better on android
I get constant crashes and sometimes it just randomly stops and when I press play it says music file not supported
It actually works better on Android than iphone.

Its only free on top shelf (eg 95/month plan). You can get apple music for half price if your a uni student.

No Plans and Usage tab in my accounts , or Add Ons. So must only be for some plans.
bit confused im on prepaid plus and dont see any Add-ons tab when i log on to my account.
I have a corporate plan - no free data streaming on Apple Music
