    • Always a risk buying from grey import.

    • The lesson there is to ensure ALL correspondence is via a PayPal dispute. As soon as you have a problem, create a case. That way PayPal will have a log of all communication.

Never contact a seller directly. Ever.

    • Pay with credit card, if stuff goes wrong you have 6 months for a chargeback even if Paypal wont help you.

  • Be aware you can't get the free Gear Fit 2 with this deal.

  • Wait for the "free Gear Fit 2" deal expires, and price for local stock will crash by $200+.

  • agree to above comments, just returned my s7 edge to the t dimension today and have to wait 2 months to get repairing, risky to buy the grey import.

  • I don't have a problem with grey import, just don't think it's cheap enough.

    • $600 is already around the same price as you can get grey imported S7 from Hong Kong.

    • Same my phones usually grey and no probs but needs to be cheaper.

I want Kogan to do the $995 iPhone 7 plus again …..

Might think about it if it's $500.

  • Keep in mind grey import usually have 1 year warranty (not from Samsung Australia). Original Samsung has two year SAMSUNG warranty.
Learnt my lesson with a grey import LG G4.

  • I would imagine signing up for the virgin deal and selling the bonus fit would work out at a similar price and it's Australia stock… Obviously you would be on virgin for 2 years though…
