  As for CBA, booo!!! My dad had a ATM malfunction on him and his money didn't come out but bank didn't do anything. $800 gone. Booooo

      They investigated, told him no machine malfunction, but police spoke to people who withdrew money right afterwards & although police suspected they pocketed the $800 they could not charge them as no actual evidence. SO $800 down… :( And hence I never feel sorry for the bank…

        there would have to have been video footage though. i.e. if he withdrew $800 and the machine didnt spit out anything, i think it would be quite evident on the video and likewise for the those afterwards.. regardless if they received the money, if the video showed no money was ejected it is surely a machine function.. even if everything counts correctly..

  only downside is the mofos charge you a payment fee no matter whether you use credit card, paypal or bpay.
  was still worth it though, especially if you get something that is in the valentine's day sale that ends midnight tonight.
  and you can exchange the voucher within 12 months for something else if need be too.
