Hello guys, was just browsing on web for some info and came across this website, www.worthofweb.com. It tells you an estimated value of the website based on visitors and revenue and guess what how much is our lovely community Ozbargain worth??

Just guess and write in the comments section below before checking the website'worth on that website. I nearly fainted after seeing the value but at the same time felt proud to be part of this big community.

The valuation must be different if all the users are tightwads.

  • Site says:

    63,653,460 pageviews / month

Actual from January: 30,238,713. Only worth $25m then. :)

Also was worth $175K in 2009 and $66K in 2012

  • That site said $49 million - that's pretty cool!

Yep, I think Scotty would be selling for 49 million USD if someone was prepared to pay that. Don't think I'd be putting to much stock in that valuation.

    • Scotty would be selling…

$49m green backs?! In a flash! Imagine how many Eneloops can it buy!!! Oh wait only 2.7 million.

/me back to work on ozbargain to grow that fake evaluation.

      • really depends on what your earnings are… I wouldn't short-sell yourself. Websites like hot copper are listed…

        • HOT — I don't think the investors bought at the IPO price have got a bargain. Good on the owners who got themselves listed on ASX when there were still people crazy about "valuation of community forum".

    OzBargain is priceless!

  • If you keep an eye out and don't mind collecting in store, you can snag it for as little as $19.99 second hand returned stock some pieces missing.

    • Don't forget your Cashrewards!

  • Don't sell. So often successful operations are sold and then go down the toilet!

  • about $20

  • Caradvice.com.au started in 2006, actually sold after 10 years for $35 million. Don't stop dreaming Scotty!

  • If OzBargain sold then CatchBargain would become a reality. We don't want that.

  • It is definitely over 9000!
