Enchroma Colourblind Glasses - 10% off with Coupon Code

40
/r/colorblind

Not the cheapest 'bargain' out there but abit of an awareness post along with a $34.90USD coupon that has been working for a year from reddit.
Coupon is /r/colorblind

Apparently these glasses help with colorblindness, have decent feedbacks, a 60 day money back guarantee, and were $900 when they first came out.
Seeing it at $350USD with $35USD OFF made it abit more acceptable but the shipping is still ridicilous at ~$90.

I picked the receptors so that it'll work with my current prescription glasses and futureproofing it for future frames before committing to it 100%.

But otherwise if you don't need prescription glasses but think you suffer from colorblindness, you could pick any of the frames going from $300-420USD depending on your choice of frames.
You can takes the colorblind test here if it has ever bothered you or are interested in one.

It would be interesting to try them and see the difference but it doesn't bother me enough to spend $500. Pretty cool anyway

    • Interesting to try indeed but the same; not haunted enough with red/green blindness to buy at that price.
I fail those Ishihara coloured dot tests yet have no problem with other colour match tests?

Its interesting watching people try them on for the first time. Jump on youtube and watch their reactions.

Apparently it requires the relearning of colours. I'm curious about them too, though am quite satisfied living in my current ignorant bliss…

        • I've been having trouble reading certain fonts and subtitles that blends with the background lately, so it has bothered me enough to try them :x

Hope id be as amazed with them as well, can't see the silver grey background numbers from the color test and got mild deuten apparently.

The title could be better. What discount is being applied? What's the cost in the original currency? Is it ~$500 for all pairs or is that the "from" price?

If you're colourblind the answer is in the title. You clearly don't need them.

Not sure what you mean. Whether the deal is for the colourblind or not, it's not following the Deal Posting Guidelines and Title Guidelines.

        Here are excerpts.

        General guidelines
Be descriptive – a title that just says “Big Sale at Myer” is much less useful than a title that says “Kids Wear 20% off Sale at Myer, Sydney CBD Only”

        Titles should state:-
        1. Product model. May include relevant - but brief - specifications such as screen size.
        3. Shipping cost. Exact cost if known or approximate range.

For deals in other currencies, please include both the original currency and the $AU equivalent in the title (if space allows).
