Agreed. Travelled twenty minutes each way, thinking we'd get a substantial discount seeing as they are a large specialty store. Boy were we disappointed.

It was a coupon in the post - but generally as long as you are a "VIP" member they give it to you (sometimes even if you are not a member depending on the store personnel I am sure). I never have my card with me but they always give the coupon discounts. You may want to ask the cashier before you start shopping.
I went to Spotlight a couple of weeks ago and the prices were ridiculously high. No wonder they need to run promotions like this.
