Great film in my opinion, beautiful stop motion animation and based in Japanese mythology. The soundtrack is excellent too.

  • Charlize Theron, Ralph Fiennes, Matthew McConaughey… ughhh. I've yet to figure out - why do animation studios pay top money to screen actors with mediocre ability in voice acting - is it purely for promotional exposure?

      JV can't tell the difference between borrowing and buying

    • That's great, unfortunately if anyone is looking to buy the film they are unlikely to be able to do so at your (or any other) local library. The good news, if people are looking to buy it they can find the best price currently available at the link I provided. ;)

        You can borrow it as many times as you want.

        • Not if I reserve it first you can't. Thankfully that won't be happening because I already bought it for $6.50. Lucky you. ;)

          @mr_me450:

          They have about 6 copies.

  • I've been mulling over this over two days on and off. Wished the Australian store would follow suit as it's less hassle to juggle different country accounts on one iPad.

    • Pretty easy to switch between accounts with an Apple TV if you happen to have one, otherwise yeah, it can be a bit annoying switching on an iPad.

      • +1

        Definitely easier on the Apple TV, but real pain with iPads especially if you wanted to see iTunes Extra. Can be done, but one of the accounts would miss out on streaming.

    FWIW, the best movie I watched last year. Amazeballs.

    • Ok, sold. If it's still available when I get around to it, I'll get it.

      • If you must blink, do it now ;)

        • Dang, just checked - still five bucks. LOL
