Limited Edition Red Lume Cube $98.10 at Dcxpert eBay - Original RRP $109

60
C10

Granted not that big of a bargain, but for photographers and selfie enthusiats this is the cheapest I have been able to find this product, and Australian stock too.

Photographers will probably already know this product but the specs are as follows:

· 150 LUX @ 9FT. (3M)
· FULLY WATERPROOF UP TO 100 FEET
· 1/4 20 MOUNT ON BOTTOM
· RECHARGEABLE VIA USB CABLE – QUICK CHARGE
· BLUETOOTH READY
· 2+ HOURS BATTERY LIFE AT 50%
· EASILY MOUNTABLE WITH ALL GOPRO AND ACTION CAMERAS
· CONSTANT LIGHT AND FLASH MODES
· OPTICAL SLAVE CAPABILITY
· DURABLE CASING
· SMARTPHONE APP TO CONTROL REMOTELY VIA BLUETOOTH
· SYNC AND CONTROL MULTIPLE LIGHTS SIMULTANEOUSLY
· COLOR TEMPERATURE 6000K
· COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONE & ANDROID PHONES
· BUTTONS TO CONTROL LIGHT OUTPUT MANUALLY

Also comes in Gunmetal Grey http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LUME-CUBE-SINGLE-GUNMETAL-GREY-/2…
and Silver http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/LUME-CUBE-SINGLE-SILVER-/23193185…

And in comparison, the next cheapest available according to StaticIce is DigiDirect at $122 http://www.digidirect.com.au/lighting__amp__flash/on_camera_… but the most annoying thing is no limited edition Red color.

That is all. I wonder if it could be used as a torch?

    So what is this?

    • Just a light for video / photography.

      • That's not cheap tho.

        • Feel free to post a better price then :v

There are plenty of generic lights on Ebay etc, most are rubbish.

  • Get the Qudos instead.

Edit - just read specs and saw the video
. Might still be good for some. I quite like the Qudos with the gopro.

Kind of pricey for a waterproof torch. But it has bluetooth!

  • No mention of cri or tlci. That's a massive omission if marketed as a video or photography light.

  • I have one of these:

Amazingly bright for its size. 1,500 Lumens/92 CRI, magnetic and easy charge off USB.

Bought it about a year ago and hasnt skipped a beat. Got mine with the shoe and gopro adapter kit for around $90. Im sure they are less now.

Designed by a couple of Australian guys too.
