If anyone is health conscious ingredients and energy

We use these for pancakes, flavouring homemade yoghurt and simple desserts like one whole can in cake tin then top with crumble mix (oats, flour, sugar and melted butter) bake till golden

    FWIW, No neg from me as it is a good buy BUT high fructose corn syrup is a nasty ingredient that they believe is linked to causing diabetes - apparently your system just struggles to break it down or similar compared to other sugars.

    Big thumbs up to the OP for ensuring the ingredients list was shown in their post - great work!
