      Its almost certainly either
      a) the real price is $510, just OW have made an error
      b) the price is $165.88 and OW have not updated the new price.

      Either way its not the OPs fault

    think about it if the real price is $999 would they drop it to $510 or $165 dollars. Its a shit deal with only 2 cameras unless your monitoring a hallway its useless

    Finally managed to get in OW. The price shows $165.88 but once proceed to check out, it turns to $510. It's an error somewhere. Wonder if I purchase at $510 now, will they honour the advertise price and refund me the rest?

      I would not suggest you to do so, as they can always say that you have made the payment of $510 as per shown on the website or invoice. This is just my opinion.

    Officeworks prices especially those found through Lasoo, can be very out dated or non existant when it comes to some "specials" a trap for ozbargainers

    OK apart from it being another OW vapourware deal. The OP is plain wring when they say…

    You can't compare these to the logitech ones because they don't require wires to be run, apples vs oranges.

      Also all this one does is record the evidence. It cannot alert a third party. The logitech ones can send a message if it detects motion and the video is viewable online.

    Quite disappointed. The price was as the OP said this morning at 3am. Now i am on the site and checked it and it has gone back up to $510. I was really interested in it. Last month these were on special for $220.

    why all the grief to the OP? It's not his fault that OW website isnt working right. He found the deal by looking at the website. He hasnt lied or anything. Obviously it's OW fault due to 'technical error', but its not fair to give a negative to the OP. Make your comments- just dont give a + or - thats all. My 2c plus gst.

    I think people need to understand that the negs are for the deal and not aimed at the OP. No, it's not the OP's fault that the deal wasn't there for OzBargainers, but at the same time …. well, the deal wasn't there for the OzBargainers.

    Just to confirm that this deal (mistake by OW) was available for a limited time. I didn't want to post until I received the goods and invoice however now I can confirm that I was charged the $165 plus $5 handling to have this delivered.
