I think this is pretty good value, just the flask alone is probably worth $10.

I own one of these multitools its okay i paid $15 years ago. It does the job its not a Gerber or leatherman but it works good enough.
The steel seems to be decent it is soft stainless steel. its probably not tool steel it seems to be a Nickel steel its lower on the SAE chart.
Its fairly rust resistant i used it in my fishing kit for a while. You can pick up a Ganzo for a little bit more then this Multitool. The Ganzo will most likely be 420/440c steel depending on how much you want to spend.
For the price its good.

Aldi had pretty good quality 1L and 800ml flask for $7 every couple of months. So in term of just the flask, i don't think a 500ml is worth $10.
