  be careful with lebara, sometimes they do the weirdest things

  last month I received this promo as a sms, it said, recharge your plan online for 2gb extra, Link.

  I clicked the link, and it took me to the recharge page, increased my main balance, and purchased the plan,
  a few weeks later my bonus data was nt credited so Icalled up and Igot told I was inelgible because I dodnt recharge a plan….

  the link took me to the payment page and the first option was increase your balance,

  apaprently I wasnt eligible because I didnt recharge directly but I increased my balance first and then recharged,

  anyway, I told them , they should specify this as it was misleading and confusing,

  and the male customer service rep told me 3 times, "i dont see what so misleading about it, its not that hard to follow instructions"

  I was pretty annoyed, wanted to make a complaint but I couldnt be bothered, but their product is good

  the guy in the end gave me my 2gb bonus , and made sure to let me know he was doing me a big favour by adding it manually

  I'm with these guys now, ported from vaya. Quite competitive prices and the fact that you can't go over on your allowance is a bonus.

  Mkt give us a 6 month deal again,have been with lebara 3 years now have been quite happy most of the time.But there is alot of competition these days,competition is good for us customers keeps these big companys on there toes.
