REP, I do not think your post will get much attention unless you show the discount for each model, and some specs. Right now, people have to click each link, and there is no way for anyone to know how much discount they are getting. Are your prices lower than elsewhere? I checked the first 3, and according to staticice you were not the cheapest.

    • Hey thanks for the advice.
I added on the savings plus we are also offering a Bonus 8GB RAM, MSI Data Security USB, Extended Mousepad & Notepad Bundle worth $220. No-one else is offering this.
Customers can see the specs by clicking on the main link in top right corner "Go To Deal", https://www.kongcomputers.com/products/msimarchbts.aspx

      Cheers
      Kris

      • What makes the bundle worth $220? What are the products offered in the bundle?

Doesn't matter if no one else is offering it, doesn't make it a bargain.

        • Hi Raisinberry777, The bundle items are listed in the title and also in the description underneath it, plus in the comment that you replied to ;)
It includes an increase in specs as well.

          Cheers

@Kong Computers: Your $220 bonus looks more like an opinion not a real market value.
Also it must be old stock you need to get rid of.

        • @dealhunt:
          Thanks for the message.
We were given this amount from MSI. $150 for the MSI bundle plus we offer the extra 8GB RAM for +$69. Some stores add +$99 for 8G RAM upgrades.

Yes it is the older 6th Gen Intel CPU models. 7th Gen are now available.
We mention this in the title and description underneath.

Write a descriptive title & description
If shipping is required, state the shipping cost to major Australian cities if this information is available; approximate range is ok if the exact cost is variable or not available. (Store representatives must provide this information - there should be no reason to hide this from potential customers.)

    • Hi PJC,
Kong Computers has always provided Free Shipping for laptops since we began in 2013.
      I'll update the title.
So there's no hidden postage costs.

      • Appreciated.

Cheers for the assistance, yeah I normally include that in the deals that I post but it slipped my mind this time, plus there's so much text in that title and we are limited with the amount of characters in the title.
I had to do some editing :)

          Kris

        • @Kong Computers: Well done.

For those that don't care about the bundle you can get the GS63VR 6RF-056AU for $2395 at Computer Alliance (instead of $2599 at Kong). https://www.computeralliance.com.au/msi-gs63vr-6rf-056au-15.…

Wow that is an amazing price.
It's lower than the cost price. You would be hurting selling it at that price. Must have a few to offload.
I guess their rebate would cover it though.
      Kris

      • Not necessarily. On models we purchase, we can sell it to our retail partners who then set a price on their website that will be cheaper than the normal buy from distie.

        • That doesn't make any sense :)
You are basically saying that you somehow buy cheaper than from the distributor.
          I wish you sold MSI.

          @Kong Computers:
Shopping Express buys at better than distie in a lot of products too (but in the end, the distie gets a fulfillment fee) - so we are not that special.

    • I just checked that other stores price again and it has increased by $200. Now $2595.
It was odd that it was below cost price.
At $2395 it definitely was a bargain :)

Thanks to the moderator who cleaned up the "models available" links for me.
Cheers, your good work doesn't go unnoticed, haha :)
    Kris

  • It's too bad u don't have GT73vr with single GTX1070.

    • Hi There xxvvunicum,
      We have it here https://www.kongcomputers.com/product-detail/gamers/msi-gt73…
I had a look on static ice and it's equally the cheapest on the market at $3199.
No bundle pack though. I will check to see if we can add it on also.

      Kris

      • Thanks but $3199 still exceeds my budget by a little bit. Is it possible for you to give me a deal on this model?

        • Thanks for the reply, this model was $3599 and we have just dropped the price by $400.
Our price is one the cheapest that I know of. Equal to one other reseller.
We've cut it as much as we can, sorry. Any more and I'd be paying you for it :)
