      • Look on the invoice and see if WHITE or BLACK. If its BLACK you should send back to sender and contact videopro..or maybe contact them first after looking at invoice..

        • It says Silver on the invoice. Yet I ordered black on eBay so I don't know what happened there…

        Last update. They rang me to apologise and then allowed me to drive to their shop in Helensvale to swap it for a black one.

  • Ouch, my 2nd pair were ordered at 7pm on Tuesday night. I hope they make it to me before I fly out in mid April!

  • Getting bit annoyed bout how long is taking. Yeah sure they mentioned 2 weeks however it seems some folks are getting theirs sent out after i ordered before them. This is like waiting for overseas parcel lol

    • I ordered on March 13 evening around 7pm, dispatched on Tuesday (21/3). Will receive today. Melbourne.

    • To anyone that is curious about deliveries - I ordered mine on the Friday (17th), got a shipment notification on the 30th, and have just received my headphones today! 4th of April. And I'm in Victoria.

      Also, I've read numerous places that I shouldn't use the bose app, because it'll update the software on the headset, which is horrendous apparently? Is there any way to turn off updates? Or, should I accidentally update them, to reverse the update?

  • So I just got mine and they sound great on 1.0.6. Anyone who's received theirs and updated the firmware to 1.2.10 notice any difference in ANC or sound quality? Tempted to update mine to fix the bluetooth cut out issues but not if it risks ruining ANC.

    • I think general consensus is don't update new firmware

  • Started a dispute for the QC25 since its been 2 weeks without dispatch, and ended up getting a refund even though I still wanted the items:

    Sorry for the delay Bose Australia miss judged stock and have sold out till early April. We are refunding you now as eBay will do it in the end as the product will not arrive before the expiry of the eBay dispute

      • I don't know if they sent wrong colour due to the short stock of Black? Unfortunately I am in VIC at the moment.Even they agree to swap it, it will take longer for me to get the headphone. So disappointed.

  • Does anyone else have a constant annoying static hiss from the left ear cup of their qc35?

  • Just received mine today, and I feel like the noise cancelling is not working properly? Firmware is 1.06, anyone experiencing the same issues? This kind of worries me.

    • Noise cancelling is pretty weak , let me know if over time the left earcup starts making hissing/wind noises that are very audible

        Overall I'm pretty disappointed, was really looking forward to them since they amazed me when I tried them in store, but will update you if I experience any more problems!
