        Call up and see if you can cancel. Some airlines have an accidental booking policy that allows you to cancel within 24 or 48hrs. Then rebook.

          You pretty much have to go to court to get any money back from Jetstar or Tiger.

          @GearUp: From experience, if you call up within 1 hour of the booking they'll waive the change fee, but won't give a refund.

          [Off topic rant: I once booked a Jetstar flight for the wrong date, back when they had 15 pages and 39 questions to book a flight, with a 20 second load time between pages. Right at the end when they slug you with a $17 CC fee per leg, by the time you read about the other payment methods it would time out and you've have to start again. Agony.]

      No idea but I doubt it. You can't make reward bookings through the "Biz hub", they need to be made through Qantas.

    anybody having issues to register with chrome?

    it told me that my user name was taken and then insisted on entering a country but the window would prevent it from being entered.

    Deleted history and tried again and second user name was taken too! Same country loop.

    3rd attempt told me that my business was already on the system so I used the login I first gave it and bingo I am in as what looks like a travel agent, it even asks me what sort of travel agent software our agency was using….

    Comes up with good flight prices so might have to quit my job and become a travel agent?

      Lol. Where did you register?

      Business hub pretty much looks like the regular booking system. Have you tried a price comparison?

    Noticed there was an option to 'hold' the fare for 2 days without any fee which I don't believe I've come across the normal jetstar site. That alone could be a nice incentive to book through the business hub instead.
