There have been cases where the the property owner has been caught and forced by the Singapore govt to cancel bookings. I personally would not want to take the risk if travelling to Singapore. But to be fair, I've never had any issues when staying at Airbnb residences in other countries.
Strange. When I try to apply the code it gives an error that says the minimum trip amount is $239aud. However my total trip booking amount is more than that.
It's almost impossible to get in touch with airbnb support thoughto sort it out. Quite frustrating.
I think they don't count the service or cleaning fee in the trip amount. It's frustrating as the room cost for the place i wanted was $238 aud.
