  • haha wow they look pretty cool… pretty nice form factor for a little HTPC box… how do these Athlon processors handle 1080p /w DTS decoding?

    • Sorry, I have no idea. Here's the CNET review for Zino. I just wanted to buy a basic desktop for my mom. Zino is cheap and looks good.

      http://www.cnet.com.au/dell-inspiron-zino-hd-339300902.htm

      • From the highlight box of that review:
"Bad: Integrated graphics chip chokes on HD and some standard-def video sources "

        Also in the review:
"inadequate 1080p playback makes the "HD" in Inspiron Zino HD ring untrue, at least for this configuration. We're also troubled that the Zino couldn't keep up with full-screen standard-definition content from Hulu. For an extra AU$100.10 you can upgrade the Zino's integrated ATI Radeon 3200 graphics chip to a discrete Radeon HD 4330 GPU (and at this point, the optional Blu-ray extra will appear in Dell's order form). If you're interested in the Zino as a living room-based video source, upgrading the video chip should be the first move you make when you place your order."

So I'd say get the $669 one if you want 1080p playback, as it says it has the 4330 GPU in the specs on the dell deals ebay site.
