In like for like products like regular Panadol and Panamax where the dosages are the same, there's absolutely no difference…apart from that wax coating they put on Panadol to make it go down easier.
Logic would dictate that the wax coating on Panadol would make the medicine absorb slower, wouldn't it?

You might want to use ibuprofen instead.. Paracetamol blocks pain receptors, ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory..
ibuprofen can relieve inflammation and pain such as headaches - as well as increase the risk of heart failure and cardiac arrest :)
