Is that all??? I always thought it was a lot higher.

Yeah, it's like $129 per litre of pure alcohol if you plan to distil it.

Even if you try to distill it, due to azeotropes probably can only get 96%..

Bloody azeotropes. Seems like they're behind all my problems

  • does this taste better on ice cream?

    • Maybe more of a breakfast food - coco pops perhaps?

      • +1

who says you can't have ice cream for breakfast?

    • I have it on ice cream every morning.. in coffee. Yums.

  • ALDI version $12 but this is a great price for real deal.

    • How does the taste compare? I don't like the other look alikes.

      • +1

personally I couldn't tell the difference but I drink only for fun and good company. On the rocks.

  • Anything with spirits in it is expensive because of the tax. Coyboy is similar to Bailey's but they used a fortified wine instead of a spirit base, it is 18%, it usually is only $10.

That Erin Cream & O'Donnells Irish Cream Liqueur is also Wine based, that is why it is so much cheaper, wine only has a WET tax.

    • But I wouldn't drink any of them again. Don't like their taste.
